Austin Seven Top hat Saloon 1928

I was missing the door lock covers, because it is a early RK they are not the same as later cars , so I decided to make some. On the right of picture is the mold I made, in the centre is how material came out of mold , and on the left cover trimed and shaped to fit on door lock . The material I used is Polymorph it is a plastic that melts in hot water and is as strong as nylon.

When it was melted I formed into sheet using a glass milk bottle.
